This deck consists of 63 text-and-photo-based standard tarot size cards with a matte UV finish, made of sturdy card stock, designed to help you move from disconnection and pain to self-discovery and bodymind relationship. It was born out of a desire to help people re-engage with their sensational bodies and informative thoughts and feelings, to challenge introspection and encourage growth, and to offer people a connection and interaction other than that available on a screen. The deck has a 6-page guide booklet with the story behind the cards and helpful ways to use them, and a beautifully simple magnetic box to protect the cards and guidebook.

The deck is based on beautiful, inspiring photos of nature and natural subjects, chosen to help support nervous system regulation, encourage reflection and meditation, elicit positive emotions, and stimulate a general sense of wonder. How to Use These Cards
The pictures are combined with carefully chosen concepts - augmented with prompts, questions, and reflective, supportive content - designed to help you explore your somatic language and your Self; learn about your nervous system and the benefits of structure; and foster greater integration, self-regulation, and embodiment.
Bodymind (hamsa hand): concepts about the connections between body and mind, and somatic work.
Spirit (star): borrowed from the natural world, the Divine, and mystery.
Duality (venn circles): that gray zone where two or more opposing things are true and wholeness means reconciling that in your body and mind.
If you're a therapist or somatic practitioner, use the cards with your clients, either in session or have them use at-home. Have a client pull a card and help them use it to practice regulation or being in their body. Have them describe what they are noticing internally, and how that makes them feel.
